We want you to be able to book with confidence and certainty at our events. To ensure peace of mind, we have put in place a number of new protocols and processes:

  • Digital livestreaming is now being offered as a standard booking option at our events 
  • We are working with our venues to ensure increased cleaning and disinfecting of all high-volume touchpoints ahead of and during the event, such as catering areas, handrails, bathrooms, entrances and exits. Additionally, hand sanitiser will be made readily available at the conference
  • Seating layouts may change to maximise physical distancing
  • Contact tracing mechanisms will be employed
  • All exhibitors will be provided with advice on cleaning measures
  • A microphone disinfecting protocol will be in place for speakers

If we are unable to host a conference on the scheduled date due to COVID-19, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit to the rescheduled event date.
