Media and Privacy Cases is a comprehensive database of more than 2,500 case records, sourced from a variety of New Zealand Courts and Tribunals, relating to media law, privacy, broadcasting, confidential information, defamation, the classification of films, videos, and publications, freedom of expression, official information, and information technology.

This database includes selected cases from the Broadcasting Standards Authority and Film and Literature Review Board.
