Description

Fair Trading provides commentary and section by section analysis of the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It also contains commentary on some of the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003. It is updated frequently to include developments in the law relating to fair trading and consumer guarantees as well as covering significant cases in this area. It is authored in-house.
