Description

Trade and Competition Law Reports is a specialist series of law reports on the regulation of trade.

The series provides the best means of staying informed on or researching the most important developments in trade and competition law, including intellectual property.

Trade and Competition Law Reports was first published in 1990, with the first volume containing important cases from 1986 to 1988. A second volume covered the period from 1978 to 1986. The series has been continually published since, with about one volume being produced each year. There are now 10 volumes of decisions.

The Trade and Competition Law Reports series covers all aspects of the laws relating to trade, including procedural aspects. Cases decided under a wide range of commercial law statutes are included.

Cases reported are primarily High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions, along with selected decisions from the Commerce Commission and some other specialist tribunals.
